The Lago Pianozes Restaurant is located on the shore of the homonymous mountain lake, surrounded by centuries-old fir trees.
It is an ideal place to take a restful break.
The Restaurant is easily reachable by car in just 10 minutes from the center of Cortina, or on foot with a walk immersed in green meadows, admiring the amazing mountains that surround the Queen of the Dolomites.
The new management of local Chef Massimo Alberti proposes a delicate cuisine that represents a fair compromise between innovation and tradition.
The wine list includes over two hundred labels.
The restaurant is located on a terrace that offers customers a wonderful view from shore to shore on the lake.
The new Chalet bar, located on the opposite bank of the restaurant, offers delicious aperitifs and snacks. Being open all day, it gives guests the opportunity to relax and have fun around the lake at any time of the day.
The menu
The menu offers typical dishes of the Ampezzo tradition like “casunziei”, “canederli” and “polenta”, but also meat and fish dishes with particular attention to the quality of the ingredients.
The raw materials, in fact, come from the parents’ garden and from the neighboring areas, such as Cadore, but also from overseas.
Moreover every day the Chef proposes new dishes, in order to widen the choice.
Fresh pasta and desserts are strictly homemade.
